TEAMS’ PERFORMANCES: FEBRUARY 2024
Our 2 regional teams are working hard each Sunday to maintain their current division status, but it looks like Grasshopper 1 will be relegated back to Division 2.
In the Leicester Netball League, Grashopper 1 are currently leading the Premiership, with Grasshopper 2 not faring as well. Grasshopper 3 are finding the Championship quite tough, as are Grasshopper 4 with Division 1. However, in Division 2 – Grasshopper 5 are holding their own well and this team does consist of many ex-youth players who have transitioned to the adult league set up. Well done to all teams for the weekly efforts and keep up the hard work until the end of the season.

NETBALL ONE AWARDS
From our England Netball ONE Awards nominations last year, we had one regional and national winner in the category ‘Outstanding Contribution of the Year’ and this was won by Donna Osborn. CONGRATULATIONS Donna! Very well deserved.
